Window balance channel shoe

A handy person from Illinois says:

This is a photo of what I'm trying to find a replacement for. The back of it travels in channel and it snaps in place at the bottom of the window. If you look towards the back of the shoe, there's slit where the 76 series spiral balance spring metal tab fits. Both shoes on this window shattered as I tried to twist and reseat the spiral springs back into the slot. I hope you all can find these parts for me or a suitable sub to put in this window. I was successful in reseating the springs in the adjoining windows.

This looks a lot like our 15-009 balance shoe to me, but look it over and let me know what you think.
