On the plastic balance it has pat # 5704165 and 550csb and a 13 on the back of the metal that the balance slides on attached to the window.

Hi there! Thank you for writing in. For your pivot shoe, take a look at our 15-177. I think this is our best match. In regards to your pivot bar, review the dimensions on our 26-378 and see if this could work for you!
