Window balance replacement

This looks like a plain type channel but with a 15-014 shoe, which is more commonly found on ribbed type channels. We can help, but it will probably have to be custom made.

Before we go further, I need more detailed information. Please show me a clear picture of the top end, the stamp on each size, and an undamaged version of the shoe. I would also like you to tell me how many of each size you need.

I can't speak for the design, unfortunately, but I can tell you at least that we can custom make these. This looks to be a variant of our Series 770 channel balance but with a 15-014 shoe installed at the end of the cord. This is an uncommon configuration but I have seen it before, here and there.

We still need a bit more information though. The stamp on your balance uses a very different calibration system than our Series 770. I'm not able to match it up to the stamps available for the type we sell. That means that I will need you to weigh the sash for both window sizes you have and tell me what you get. 

It's important to get a weight that is as precise as possible; I'm talking down to the ounce. Estimates simply won't do in this case. We have to calculate what the spring strength is going to be from the ground up. Please let me know if that will be possible.
