The length from the METAL end to end is 34 inches. There is a number stamped on the metal 3330AA.
the bottom shoe width is 1". the both side of the window use the same or they are different?
my balance tips with wings #3330 aa. the length is 34" the width 9/16" depth is 5/8". I am not sure that I can use part # FA3310 (is this sash balance with wings).
Thank for your patience during this busy season. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-34 or S385-34, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
Both sides of the same window should use the same exact balance.
