Window balancer

This is a 24 inches window balancer. I am not sure how to order the correct one. Please help me to find the right one. Thanks.

We can definitely help you with this balance. Your photos only show the top fitting, however. I will also need a clear picture of the bottom fitting and the stamp printed on the metal channel. Please let me know if you can get that information for me.
