If you can't see in picture it has 1640 stamped in the back and 16 1/2 written in marker. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Hi John, thank you for posting,

We should be able to assist with replacements, but to further review, are you able to confirm that the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments measures 16-1/2" long? If so, this length will require a custom order.

Please also confirm the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below:

Yes 16 1/2 is the length of the metal channel and the bottom shoe is as pictured.

I will just need the depth of the shoe confirmed to move forward with an order link. It should either measure 1-1/8 like the 15-001 or 1" like the 15-002 shoe. From there we can determine the correct series for your window.
