We can absolutely supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is an "extended travel" balance, named such for its longer-than-average cord. That, plus a few other differences, mean that you won't be able to use a stock balance to replace this. It must be custom made.

Before we go further I will need a few more details. To start, can you show me a close-up picture of the bottom nylon fitting? I specifically would like to see it from the side and underside. I would also like a clearer picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord. Since you said that the stamp numbers are hard to see, we might as well get a photo of that, too. Maybe I can make it out more clearly.
