Window balancer with clips

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. I am very confident that we can supply this balance for you, but I had a question about that top fitting, first, which you show in your third photo.

Can you tell me if what you're showing here is broken, or a whole and intact piece? It's hard to tell, and it could go in a couple different directions depending on whether this is whole or broken.

If it is broken, can you show me an undamaged version?
