Thanks for posting. Looks you will need a custom balance fitted with the 62-101 hook so it can attach to the 15-105 Pivot Shoe. How many balances do you need? And can you confirm that the metal channel is 29" long? Once I know this information, we should be able to get this going for you. Many thanks.

Happy Springbreak, yes those parts look good and the length is 29" . I need 16 to carry a 25lb window sash and 2 to carry a 35lb sash

Thanks

OK, thanks for getting back to us. We will make you a custom S770-29 with the 62-105 hook attached to the cord. At the top we will install a rivet. (16) Balances will have a stamp option of 29D, for the window sash weight of 28 lbs. (2) Balances will have a stamp option of 29F, for a window sash weight of 35 lbs. Please recheck your old balance stamps with the actual sash weight to see if this is right. Finally, you don't show how your balances are mounted in the sash. It's possible you might need the 67-004 nylon bushing to hold these balances in place.

You will shortly receive an email with custom links to order both (16) of the custom S770-29 with stamp option 29D, and 2 of the custom S779-29 with stamp option 29F. Look over this information to make sure it seems right to you. Let us know here in the discussion if you have any questions. Many thanks.
