Crossbow Balance Help

Question

At the top of my window ballast where it looks into the top of the window the plastic piece is broken I need a replacement ballast

Thanks for posting. This is called a crossbow balance, and it is no longer made; however, you can replace it with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below shows how.
