Window casement locking mechanism

Question

The current locking mechanism is not actually locking, it loses the "grip" from the inner window rail and never manages to completely lock.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the multipoint lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
