Window channel balance

My Windows are old, I am trying to replace the channel balance because some of them are broken. The No. On the channel balance is PAT 5.737.877, the black part is the bottom part of the channe, it maybe called balance stand. Could you help me find the model of this part?

This is an old rod type balance. These haven't been made in many years, but the good news is we carry channel balances that can replace them.
Before I go any further, can you just tell me the diameter of the spring? If it's 1/2", you can use our Series 795 as a substitute. The video below will show you how. I highly recommend watching it, since the process is a little involved.
