Window channel balance
Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-23 or S385-23, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
You list the depth of your shoe here as 30/32", which is 15/16". Can you double check that to confirm?
We do have a shoe that's 7/8" deep, which is our 15-029, but we can only include this with a complete balance assembly as a special order. If that is something you're interested in, please tell me how many you'd like to purchase and I will email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
However I do highly recommend that you double check that depth measurement. These shoes can wear down over time from friction so you have to figure that it's less than it once was, especially if it's an old window. 15/16" is still larger than 7/8", so that 15-029 I mentioned may be too small.

Yes, everything else appears to match up, though to be honest the most important dimension is the depth since that determines how well it keeps the sash in place. Too big and it won't work at all, too small and the sash will wobble from side to side. Hopefully that makes sense.
