Perfect, we appreciate the extra time you took to get us these photos. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Before I order https://www.swisco.com/28-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-28, I want to confirm two things. I attached two pics of my channel balance.
1. For my channel balance, there is no holes on the side, however, for Series-385, I see four small holes, does it matter? Will it match my window?
2. There is 27-5 LX CMC 11 on my channel balance, does that mean I need to order option 2750 from https://www.swisco.com/28-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-28

Hello! The holes on the side of the metal channel do not matter, no. You can safely ignore that detail.
Since your old stamp reads 27-5, you definitely want our 2750 option.
