Window channel balance string broken

A quick learner from Denver, CO says:
One of my window channel balance strings has broken and I assume it's better just to replace both channels at this time. I'm having a hard time determining the exact parts I need so I have uploaded some pictures. If you cannot read the stamp it is:

22-12 HB5 CMC (22HP32-34)

The channel is 3/8" wide and 23" long measuring the metal channel only and not including the plastic pieces on the end.

Let me know if you need any other information or measurements.

Based on your photos, it looks like you could have our S380-23. This comes with our 15-005 bottom shoe and 19-005 top pre-attached. Does this hardware match yours? Let me know!
A quick learner says:
That looks like the one! Do the sash weight options relate to the weight of the window they are holding up?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Yep, that's exactly right. Your stamp is a little peculiar, so I would weigh your sash on a scale in order to determine the proper option. If your sash weight does not match anything on the chart, let me know. You may need something custom made. Always best to check first, though.
