Window coil

Question

Hi, not sure what I need to fix these windows ?  Is there a video to show how to remove? And put back ?

It looks like you need new coil balances. We can definitely help with that, but I'll need a clearer picture of the pivot shoe, which is the plastic piece you show in your first photo. I'll also need to know how thick the spring itself is.
