Good Morning,

Thank you for submitting an image of your window crank. Before I have a window expert take a look at your crank I have a couple quick questions.

Are there any stamps such as names or numbers on the window crank hardware?

Do you know who the manufacturer or the brand name of your window is?
A quick learner from pennsylvania says:
crank was on a jealousy window in a glass block window. no markings of any kind.

Thank you for your patience.

You may want to take a look at the 39-165 Jalousie Window Operator. However, the crank arms are not nearly as short as those on your original. The 39-165 could be possible replacement, however you may have to reuse the original short arm on your existing operator.
