Window crank broken

A quick learner says:
I need to replace the crank/operator. Can you help me figure out the parts I need? The window crank unscrews and can open but not shut the window anymore.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I am afraid when that worm gear pops out with the handle, it means the entire operator must be replaced. See either our 39-014 or 39-027E, depending on the length of the straight arm. For a new handle, see the 39-114L
