Window cranks

A home owner from USA says:
You have helped out in the past in helping to determine and purchasing replacing window parts. I have x5 more windows in needing replacement parts.

I believe the brass painted window crank is Pella? Please look over to confirm (click on above 4 attachments & allow to load for best view.) photos to assist in best determining parts order. Will need complete upper awning window assembly as well lower. Also, the best method for window frame disassembly, as well reassemble sequence for the new parts to be ordered.

Thank you in advance.

This appears to be Pella hardware, yes. Check out our 39-175 for the operator, and our 39-109B and 39-314 for the handle and cover, respectively.

You are going to have to use a prybar like our 75-081 to carefully pry up the wooden trim covering the operator. That will expose the screws and allow you to fully remove it from the window frame.
