Window glazing clips

I have a unique situation where the frame that holds the glass is quite small (8 mm). Is it possible to buy 1 (one) Aluminum Butterfly sash glazing clip to see if it will work in my application? I have already purchased a whole pkg of clips elsewhere that won't work and I don't want to do that again. Since I could not find measurements on the web site, I would know best if I could trying one out. Thanks. Dawna Grey
