This part is called a window operator. Yours in particular looks like a Truth brand part, but there are a ton of these and I can't make out what you have from this photo. In order to assist, I'll need to see the entire operator, or at least as much of it as you can without obstruction. That includes the arms that push the window open. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Yes, it's a Truth part. It's in a difficult area - we'll have to remove trim to get to it.
