Window lock

A landlord from Brandon, MS says:
This is a lock for a small window over the kitchen sink at a rental house. My repair man said "the bottom sash tilts out". Anyway, he asked me to get this part. I know this is only one side lock but I would like both sides. Might as well change them both out.
