Window lock mechanisms and tandem lock

Home Owner from Pittsburgh, PA
I have a contractor repairing several of my windows. He's an Anderson installer so he's not familiar with Pella Parts. My windows use the 39-097 and 39-096 Pella Window Crank Operator. He's been installing those and repairing the windows. He said that I need a window lock mechanism and tandem lock, and that I have tall windows. Do you know which parts I might require?

Hello,

At first glance, your locks remind me of the 38-294 and 38-295. We'll include the image from our product page below. If you need any other parts, feel free to get back to us with additional photos and we can go from there. Thank you!

Thank you. It does appear this is the lock. There are also two latches - you lift up on the lock that you sent, and then there are latches that goes into the window. I have included a picture showing the two latches/hooks that I'm referring to. Is that part also available?

Also, do you know if the encasement that goes around the operator crank 39-097 is sold on Swisco? I attached a picture where I don't have the encasement.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the internal portion of the multi-point lock shown in your photo. The cover used with the 39-096 and 39-097 was also discontinued in the past year. The only part that we can offer now would be the 39-109B handle. We apologize for the inconvenience but you may want to try reaching out to Pella directly to see if they can supply the internal hardware for your lock assembly.
