Hello! Sounds like you need a new balance assembly. Yours in particular appears to be a match for our Series 140, but look it over and let me know if you agree.

what weight options do u have in stock i can weigh the window maybe its 20lbs

In order to verify what you have, I need the precise weight of the sash down to the ounce. Estimations will not be sufficient in this case.

Thanks. In that case, my recommendation is the S140-9. A pair of these assemblies is rated to hold sashes weighing 17 through 18.99 pounds, so that should be perfectly sufficient for your application.
