Window parts

You're showing us a bunch of different parts here. If possible, I'd like you to clarify some details for them one by one.

Starting with the pivot shoe in your first photo, please give me its exact width and thickness. I'd also like to see a picture of the pivot bar that goes with it, since I've never seen this style pivot shoe with that style cam before. It's a very weird looking part.

Moving on to the pivot shoe in your second photo, please show me an undamaged version. I would also like you to confirm the width and thickness for this, too. I see some measurements written on the piece of paper under it but it's not clear what those measurements pertain to.

Finally, for the third pivot shoe, please tell me (you guessed it) its width and thickness. Those two dimensions are vitally important and we can't recommend a replacement without them.

It also looks like you need a new tilt latch and balance cover. We don't sell balance covers, unfortunately, so I can't help with that. The tilt latch is also not exactly like anything in our inventory. Can you confirm that the length is only 2"? That's super small.
