Thanks for posting. For the bubble seal, start by looking at our 58-135. Compare the end profile dimensions below to your old seal, and see if you think this matches what you have.

I'm afraid we can't tell what internal tilt latch you need without removing your old one for us to view it. The first video below shows how to do this. Since this hardware is sometimes difficult to find replacements for, you also might want to consider converting to surface mount tilt latches like the 26-228 and 26-229. The second video shows how that's done. 

Finally, if your old pivot bars are undamaged and you just need new fasteners, I would remove one of the fasteners from a window that still has them installed with the pivot bars and take the screw to a local hardware store to find a replacement. The fasteners you need for pivot bars depends as much on the window design as it does the pivot bar itself, and so it is difficult for us to recommend exact replacements.
