Window parts

Quick Learner from Piqua ohio
I have attached pictures of the tilt latches and spring assemblies for a window i have. I also attached picture of the id tag from the window as well. I need 2 latches, springs and the plastic holder for both sides as well as the pieces the springs attach to at the bottom. Also need pieces to go on bottom of the sash that engage into the lower spring mount. Its in a home recently purchased and the previous owner had cut springs and lower pieces out so not alot to work with.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. I feel very confident that we can supply both the latch and coil balance (as well as the coil balance assembly components, if you need them). I just need a bit more information before we can narrow it down.

Starting with the tilt latches, which are the easiest, my top suggestion would be the 26-243 and 26-244. I highly recommend reviewing the dimensions we show on their store page to verify that everything lines up first, though. If they differ, let me know how and I can try to find you something better.

As for the coil balance assembly, would it be possible to see a photo of the pivot shoe that the spring connects to? Can you also tell me how wide the spring band is? Those two pieces of information should tell me exactly what you need to replace these, and what size cover can replace the old cracked one.

The tilt latches look correct. I have attached picture of the pivot shoe as well as picture of number i found on one spring in case that helps. The springs are 1/2" wide.
Thank you

Thanks! That pivot shoe appears to match our 15-111. This is designed to be compatible with two size coil springs: either the 1/2" Series 160, or the 3/8" Series 165.

Looking at your photos I think you have the 1/2" Series 160, but you should measure it just to be safe. This is compatible with the 15-150T triple spring support, which I believe you also have. All components are sold separately.
