Thanks for posting! I believe the part you are referring to as the "retractor" is the window channel balance. Typically when the string no longer travels in the balance, the entire assembly needs to be replaced. I'm happy to identify the exact replacement you need but there are a few details you'll need to gather from the balance.
To start, please provide a photo of the top of the balance and how it installs at the top of the window. I'll also need to know the width of the wedge, the length of the metal channel, and the stamp imprinted on it.
Regarding the glazing bead, given its condition I know this may be difficult; however, to identify it, I'll need to see the end profile view of an undamaged piece. It is important to see the shape of the bead and how it snaps into place.
Be sure to take a look at the video tutorials tagged below for an idea on how to remove the balances and what we'll need to see to identify the glazing bead.
You can likely use the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches to replace your existing latches but you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions. If they are not a match to those shown on the diagram below, I'll need to know your exact dimensions, written out.
