Window pivot bar

A home owner from Baltimore md says:
It is from a certintee double hung window. If you look at the end with the up right you can see that there is an oval post that broken off. It was about 1/4" to 5/16" wide X 3/16" thick and about 3/4" to 1" long.

Thank you for your post. I believe our two closest matches are the 26-175 and 26-353 pivot bars. Look over each one and let us know if either could be used to repair your window.

A home owner from Baltimore md says:
This one is close,26-353 but the pivot bar is coming out the bottom. Mine comes out the right side 3/4 the way down. Looking at it toward the pivot bar that has broken.

Hi there! I actually think the 26-175 is what you want. I know it looks way different, but Certainteed specifically designed this pivot bar to replace your older version. If your window is Certainteed brand, then that seals the deal. A good way to confirm is to look at your pivot shoe and compare it to our 15-155. If they match, then the 26-175 is what you want.
