Window pivot bars

Only ID I see on this window is mfr sil -5 series 1200 D double hung . Would you know the correct pivot bar part number for this . Thank you

I'm afraid that I don't. In order to identify your pivot bar, we will need a clear photo of the original removed from the window and in undamaged condition. Please let me know if that would be possible.
