Window pulley

The picture shows the size with a tape measure (1' 2") and it has an ink stanp that says 13 9 FQ Caldwell. Can this be purchased locally (Portland Oregon area).

Thanks for posting. Based on your pictures, I think our S385-14 could be a good match. See if you agree. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the best replacement option.

Paul, I think you are correct... I was not sure of the difference of the S380 and S385... so I take your word for it. I am currently on the road so will weigh the window tomorrow and revert back. Are they available locally or do they need to be shipped?

The difference is the size of the shoe. If you want to confirm you can measure your shoe and look over the dimensions we show for both Series.

I'm afraid we do not have a store in your area, but if you print out the product page and take it to a local hardware store they could order for you.
