How do I remove the entire window?
Place at 45 degree angle & pull outward once it is lined up with cut out????

Are you talking about the sash? If so, it depends on a few different factors, but basically what you want to do is lift it a few inches, tilt it in, then twist it out. I'm not sure what cut out it is you're referencing, but you shouldn't have to line it up with something like that.
