Window sash spring

A home owner from Michigan says:
My sash weighs 24.5 lbs, so I'm not sure what color plastic insert to use as the ones in the windows don't have a color at all.
The plastic insert that the spring attaches to the sash at the top should fit into a 5/16 square, shown in picture.
Two pins that fit into a plastic piece that the pivot bar fits into. The spring tilts into the plastic piece that slides up and down a channel in the sash, also shown in the pictures.
The tube is about 29 3/4 long, not sure if I should go with a 29 or 30 inch.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the diameter of the outer white tube? That will help us determine what Series you have. Once we know the Series, we can recommend a tip color.

As for length, I think you should be okay going up to 30".
