Window shoe with hook for spring

A quick learner from Atlanta says:
Hi,
I need to replace several window channel shoes. Over time the tension from the spring has broken the plastic clip on the shoe that attaches to the spring.

Neither the windows nor the shoes have any identifying marks on them. This is a photo of a shoe that's still in the window and in use. The lower hole fits a metal rod from the window so that it guides up and down. The shoe is about 2" long and 1/2" in width.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks you.

We carry a friction shoe, 15-104, that should work for your jamb liner. To remove and install a new friction shoe, you will need to remove the sashes and the jamb liners, then slide the friction shoes out.
