You have a special type of balance that will have to be custom made. We can help, but I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance and show me a clear picture of the bottom fitting, which I can't quite make out here, and the metal clip at the end of the cord. 

Can you also give me an exact count? Every customer I talk to seems to define "set" differently. Just to be clear, you want 12 individual balances?

I'm not sure what you mean. Everything on our site seems to be functioning normally today so it may be an issue on your end.

As for these photos, they do not tell me anything new. Like I said before the balance has to be removed entirely for us to help. I also still need to see the metal clip at the end of the cord. We won't be able to help you without this information, so it will be necessary to do.
