Window on left side does not stay up. Measurement from end to end is 29" over all and 28" metal to metal. The fin on bottom measures 1.3

OK, my glide is 28 inches long from metal to metal or 29 inches. If you measure it from the plastic tip to the plastic tip, not 26 inches is there another number that I could use for

Hello there!

We appreciate you waiting during this busy season. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can we see a photo of the front of the top fitting? 

The stamp printed on the metal channel is too faded to make out. Does the balance on the other side of the window have an intact stamp? If not, we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
