Window spiral balance

Thanks for writing in. This is called a spiral balance. We can definitely replace these for you, but for each set from each window we need the length and diameter of the outer tube, not including or beyond the colored tip. We also need a close-up picture of that colored tip. The colored tips should indicate the window sash weight each set of balances needs to support. With all that information, we can narrow down what you need. See the video below for more details.
