Before I recommend anything, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center?

Hmm, I'm afraid we don't carry a surface mounted tilt latch with 1-1/4" hole center spacing. Our 26-314 looks close to yours but this has 1-3/8" hole center spacing. Double check your dimensions and see what you think.
