Windows Balancer to order?

Hi,

I have problem removing the windows.

Please see the attached photo provided to see if there is enough information
to help you identify a compatible balancer for me.

Hi Doug, thanks for writing in. We also need to see the top nylon fitting to identify what kind or Series balance this is. If you could show us that top nylon fitting, we'll be able to help you. Also, please confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 30" long. For details on how to replace and remove your balances from the window, see the video below.
