Question

The plastic holder that held the metal piece broke on both sides so now the window doesn't stay open. Parts are sitting on the bottom

Sounds like you need a new pivot shoe. We sell many that may work for you, but I'm afraid I can't determine what style you have based on these photos. It's too obscured by the window frame. Would it be at all possible to see an undamaged version? Seeing it without obstruction, as well, would allow us to make sure we get you the best possible match.
