Hello there!

It's hard to say what you have from these photos. It looks like there's some type of shoe still in the jamb in your last photo but I can't make it out. May I see a closer photo of it?

Thank you kindly for getting back to me! My first thought was the Series 751 as well once I saw the knife lock shoe in the jamb. Your stamp is a bit odd and doesn't match any of the listed strength options, however. I recommend weighing your sash and referring to the chart under the product description on the S751-33 product page to determine which option you'll need for your replacements.

The 26-150 is often used with the Series 751, yes. However, the best match depends on your original pivot bar.
