Hello,

I have NVR windows from Ryan homes. Do you carry replacement parts there?
Please see photos?

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review for replacements, are you able to show us pictures of the bottom attachments that were attached to the metal channels? Thank you!

Thanks for these photos! Lauren isn't in today, but I'd be happy to assist you from here.

We can definitely supply the balance you have here, but it will have to be a custom order since this isn't technically a stock configuration. We will have to assemble it for you here in our shop before we ship it out. Basically, what you have here is the same as our Series 795 but with two key differences: your bottom shoe is the smaller, 1" wide 15-194 and your top clip is the hooked 15-198.

The good news is that this custom assembly is fairly routine and I'm very confident that our hardware will work for you. I just had a few more questions before we get started. First, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Can you also tell me how many you wanted to buy? Once I have that data, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

Thank you. We would need (4) 34" and (6) 28".

Great, that's a huge help. Were you also able to get the stamps printed on the metal channels? These should be three digits long and should start with the same number as the length; for example, 34A, 34B, 34C, etc. These stamps are very important as they tell me how strong the spring has to be.

If there is no stamp printed on the metal channel then I will instead need to know the exact weight of the sashes that these balances support. That's the only other way I can figure out how these springs ought to be calibrated.

Yes is see now. 34" = 34c
28" = 28c

Perfect, thank you! What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add these balances to your cart. That way you can checkout with everything all together.

Please let me know if you had any other questions!
