Wright replacement lock

A contractor from Buffalo, NY says:
Good Afternoon,

I have this broken lock. My customer states it is an Anderson door, but the faceplate on the lock is clearly marked wright. The backset is 7/8 it is 7 1/2" tall and just under 1 3/4" wide. Do you have any replacement options? Please let me know.

Thank you,
Dan
