XO Flush Mounted Patio Door Handles

A quick learner from Seattle says:

The handles are original from a house built in 1960. The first picture is of the handle with a broken latch. The second is the only identifying marking on the handle. The third is the piece that the latch hooks into. The last picture shows the unbroken handle on another sliding door.

The hole spacing is 3 7/8" and the piece the latch goes into is 5/8"x2 5/8".

Your door handle hasn't been made in a long, long time. We can offer our 82-005, which I believe will work, but it will require drilling new installation holes. It has a hole spacing of 4-15/16", center-to-center, not 3-7/8". Would that be possible?

A quick learner from Seattle says:
I would prefer not to drill new holes, but if I must I would prefer a handle style you can grab on to, similar to the original.

Sure, I understand. We have a couple that can work that way. See our 82-013 (3" hole spacing), 82-261B (3-15/16" hole spacing) and 82-016 (3-1/2" hole spacing). Any one of these may work for you, but the 82-261B is cutting it close with a 3-15/16" center-to-center hole spacing.

A quick learner from Seattle says:
Thanks. I may try the one with 3-15/16 spacing. I should be able to expand one of the holes by 1/16" with a drill.
