Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear that our 40-038 spindle was too large. Are you sure you can't file it down a little? That may be all it needs.

If not, can we see a few pictures of your original spindle, with dimensions? That will help us find the appropriate replacement.

Thanks for the idea of just filing it down. I did that and I think it will work. It does now seem to fit into the push button. Jeff
