Yellow tip balance

I need some help in ordering two spiral balances. The tip color on my balance is yellow but I did not see that as a choose. I have attached a picture for your reference. I cut the plastic away to expose the tip. The length is 28" and the diameter is 3/8". There is a stamped number on the tip "0692". The house was built in 1992. Windows are vinyl with a single tilting sash. Please let me know what the proper order number will be.

Looks like our S900-28, which does have a Yellow Tip. I recommend that you weigh your window sash just to make sure that's correct, though.

Mike, did you see the chart of Tip Color Strengths under the S900-28? There, we list every tip color for the balance and how much weight it can support. As you can see, two S900-28 balances with a Yellow Tip can carry a window sash weight of 24 through 34 pounds. Since you had a Yellow Tip originally, that's probably the best way to go.
