A home owner from Harbor Springs, MI says:

Have not been able to remove the storm window yet. Does this latch look familiar? It has a triangular edge and is probably almost 35-40 years old.

this is the second photo I uploaded. This window latch is on a smaller window. Any replacement latches look similar?

Thanks for writing in. These old storm window latches aren't made anymore, and so replacements are hard to come by. The 91-050 comes to mind, but I cannot say for sure without seeing your latches out of the window or knowing their exact dimensions. You can see the rest of our storm window latches here.
