awning operator 39-076

A contractor from mass. says:

I need an operator exactly like:Product Code: 39-076 (above), except with a male receiver for the crank rather than female as all those I find are. Mine must be older, anyone?

I am familiar with the product, unfortunately it has been discontinued for a while now; there is no known substitute.
