Question

I have a Cascade Series Signature line single hung window. The window will not stay open due to both balancers have fallen out of the window. Its a Series C9200 H- R30- 48x96, UM111, AAMA/NWWDA101/IS 2-97. Imprinted on back of balancer is 26.5 TS-6. both balancers are in disrepair.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order. If the metal channel length differs, we cannot promise our replacements will work for you.
