Thank you for reaching out to us. Our S795-31 channel balance appears to match what you show here. However, you'll need to purchase the 15-195B open-cam shoe separately and swap it with the one that comes with this balance by default. The video below will demonstrate exactly how to do so. 

Note, your old 30 3 stamp doesn't directly correspond to any of our strength options. We believe you may be able to use the 31C option for a sash weighing 19 to 24 pounds but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to confirm.
